Finally bought my fit flat at Aqaqa Serenity. The 2 BHK is 864 square feet, which seems like enough space for now. Eshaaan Rajesh Keswani is the developer and this is my fit purchase from them. The price was around 51 Lakhs, which fit my budget. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus. The location in Action Area IIB, Newtown is quite good. Delhi Public School is right next door, which is convenient. Charnock Hospital is also very close. I am a bit worried about the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but hopefully it's manageable. The lift is working well. Overall, I'm happy with the decision.

We were looking for a 2 BHK in Newtown and Aqaqa Serenity caught our eye. The built-up area of 864 square feet is decent for us. It's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The price point of 51 Lakhs was competitive for the area. My partner works near the Convention Centre Metro Station, which is about a 3.6 kilometer drive, so that's okay. Being so close to Delhi Public School and Charnock Hospital is a huge advantage. The only downside we noticed is that parking might be a little tight, especially if we have guests over. Eshaaan Rajesh Keswani seems to have delivered a functional space. The lift access is good. We are considering this seriously.

The price was around 51 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the location and convenience. Eshaaan Rajesh Keswani is the builder. The Convention Centre Metro Station is a bit of a drive at 3.6 kilomete, but we mostly use our car. The main issue we are facing is the limited space for children to play freely within the complex itself, it's a bit restrictive. The lifts are working fine, though.

Having Delhi Public School and Charnock Hospital literally at nearby is fantastic for our kids. My only real concern is the amount of dust and construction noise from nearby sites, which can be quite botheome during the day. We are hoping it settles down over time. The lift facility is operational and has been reliable so far.
