The fact that it is ready to move in was a key factor for me, as I prefer to see what I am buying before committing. Meridian School is quite close, about 0.7 kilometeaway, which is convenient. The developer, Apurupa Infrastructures, seems to have completed other projects, which gives some confidence. The apartment is functional and meets basic needs. However, the road leading to the project is quite narrow and can get congested, which is a bit of a concern for daily access. The metro station is also a bit far at nearby.
