Shahberi is an upcoming area in Greater Noida and I think rental demand will grow. APS GROUP OUP UP P seems to have a decent track record with timely completions. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus for investowanting immediate rental income. I visited the site and the construction quality looked standard. The main access road could be better, a bit narrow in places, but that's common for developing areas. Overall, I'm hopeful for good returns.
