As a single working woman, I needed something safe and convenient. APR Praveens Prime offered a gated community setup which gives me peace of mind. The 2 BHK apartment has a built-up area of 1155 Sq.ft, which is enough space for me. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as I didn't want to wait. The price was around 45.05 Lakh. While the location in Patancheru is decent, getting to Miyapur Metro Station takes about 12 kilomete, so commuting can be a bit of a trek. Power backup is a good feature to have.
