Appaswamy Sunciti is located in Chennai South, making it easy to access main roads. The flats are a good size, around 1160 to 1265 square feet, giving our kids enough space to play. It's ready to move, which was convenient. The price was a bit high at 1.5 Crores plus, but the location and school access made it worthwhile. We also liked that it has a children's play area.
