Appaswamy Real Estate has a decent track record, which is important for an investment property. The completion date is December 2027, giving them enough time. I'm hoping the rental demand in Koyambedu will be strong once it's ready. The smart home automation feature is a nice touch for potential tenants. My main concern is the ongoing construction noise and dust, but that's expected at this stage. The floor-to-ceiling glass offering expansive city views is a big selling point.
