We were looking for a place in Mylapore and Appaswamy Luz Amor seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments start from 1155 Sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for us. Being ready to move in was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The location is quite central, close to Teynampet Metro which is convenient for commuting. We liked the idea of a swimming pool and gymnasium on the premises. However, the price point is a bit high, starting at 1.56 Crore, which stretched our budget. Also, the parking area seemed a little cramped when we visited, especially for bigger vehicles. Overall, it's a decent project in a prime area.

We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of around 1800 Sq.ft. It feels quite big and comfortable for our family. The apartment is ready to move, which was very convenient. The swimming pool and jogging track are great for weekend relaxation. The price is a bit steep, with our apartment costing about 2.1 Crore, but the location is unbeatable. My only slight concern is the water supply consistency during peak summer, though the developer assures it's managed with a water softener plant. Overall, a very good choice.
