I bought a 2.5 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1175 Sq.ft. The price was manageable, falling within the 40-45 Lakh range. The developer, Apex Infraventures Pvt. Ltd., seems to have included most essential amenities like a lift, fire fighting system, and a water softener plant. The club house and table tennis facilities are nice perks for unwinding. While the location is developing, the distance to the Noida Sector 81 Metro Station at over 9 kilometemakes public transport a less convenient option for me.

We decided on Apex Court because of its proximity to schools. DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL NOIDA EXTENSION is nearby, and Numed Super Speciality Hospital is also within nearby. We opted for a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1485 Sq.ft, priced at around 57.47 Lakhs. The ready-to-move status was a major plus. The project has excellent amenities for families, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a children's play area. The gated community and 24x7 security provide peace of mind. The only drawback we noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be an issue sometimes, especially during dry weather.
