We opted for a 3 BHK flat, which has a good super builtup area ranging from 1162 sq.ft up to 1880 sq.ft. The price point is competitive, starting from 77.56 Lakhs for smaller units. The developer, Floral Homes Private Limited, has included features like Vastu compliant designs and ample gardens, which we appreciate. The world-class club with pool and spa is a nice touch for leisure. Water supply is 24x7, which is essential.

I picked up a 2 BHK flat in Apex Aura because it's ready to move in. The super builtup area is around 1100 sq.ft, which feels decent for the price of about 80 Lakhs. My main concern is the traffic getting out onto the FNG Expressway during peak hou, it can be quite a bottleneck. We bought a 3 BHK in Apex Aura primarily for our children. The location near Noida Extension, Sector 1 offegood connectivity and is close to SKS World School, which was a huge relief. The flat is spacious, with super builtup areas for 3 BHKs going up to 1880 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room. The price for our unit was around 1.2 Crore. Floral Homes Private Limited has provided a lot of facilities for kids, including a dedicated play area and the skating rink. The themed gardens and central park are great for weekend outings. The 24x7 water supply and security systems are reassuring for family living. We did find the parking arrangement a little cramped when we visited.

I also like that SKS World School is quite close at nearby, in case I have family visiting. The Vastu compliant aspect and the landscaped gardens are pleasant additions. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction in the general area, but that should settle.
