We bought a 3 BHK flat, which is 1170 square feet, offering enough space for our family. The price was 43.29 Lakh, on the higher side but justified for the size and location. AP Athulya is ready to move, which was important so we could settle in quickly. The proximity to the Chennai Bypass Road and Chennai Tiruvallur High Road is also convenient for our daily commutes. Our main concern is the dust from nearby construction, which can be a bit much sometimes. However, the school proximity is a huge win for us.
