I recently bought a 2 BHK flat in AP Arichandra. The built-up area is 670 Sq.ft, and the price was 25.46 Lakh. It’s a ready-to-move property, which was ideal for me as I needed to relocate quickly for my job. The location in Kolathur is decent, and it's very close to Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, which is helpful for commuting. SBOA School & Junior College is also just a short walk away. A. P. Constructions Private Limited developed this project. The building was completed in 2012. While the price was attractive, I noticed that the construction quality in some common areas could have been better maintained. Also, the lack of specific amenities listed was a bit disappointing, although I wasn't expecting much given the budget and completion date.

The price was around 39.52 Lakh, which was stretching our budget a bit, but it's a significant upgrade from our rental. It is ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after completing the paperwork. The proximity to SBOA School & Junior College (0.2 km) is excellent for our children. A. P. Constructions Private Limited built this project, and it was completed back in 2012. The main drawback we noticed is the parking space; it seems a bit tight if you have a large vehicle or multiple cain the family. Also, the dust from nearby roads can be an issue sometimes.
