We needed more space than our rental offered, so we looked at AP Anumegha in Kolathur. We found a 2 BHK flat with a good built-up area of about 1020 square feet. It's ready to move, which meant we could shift immediately. The location is quite good, with MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS nearby. The Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus being nearby is also convenient for my husband's commute. One thing we noticed is that construction dust can be a bit of an issue on the main road sometimes. But AP Constructions seems to have built a solid structure.
