We wanted something for my parents back in Chennai and AP Amirtham seemed like a good option. It's ready to move in which is a huge plus. The location in Kolathur is quite accessible, close to Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, which is great for them to get around. The 2 BHK flats are a decent size, around 620 sq.ft. To 990 sq.ft. Built up area. A. P. Constructions Private Limited also offeamenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which gives us peace of mind knowing they are looked after. Rainwater harvesting is also a good feature for Chennai. We are hoping they will be comfortable there.
