I specifically chose this project because it is ready to move, and I needed a place quickly. The proximity to National Highway-5 is helpful for my commute to work. The project offea swimming pool and a multipurpose room, which are nice amenities to have. However, the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The price range was within my expectations for Chennai North. AP Constructions delivered this project back in 2013, and it has held up reasonably well for its age.
