It was ready to move in, having been completed in May 2020. The location in Park Colony is decent, and it's good that the developer, Anvaya Buildcon Llp, included amenities like 24X7 water supply and storm water drains. The construction quality seems good from the outside. My main concern is that Khodiyar Colony, while nearby, can sometimes have traffic noise filtering through, especially during busy periods. It's not a dealbreaker, but something I've noticed.
