The location off Lane Number 2 in Sunder Nagar, Erragadda is quite accessible. It’s reassuring to know that KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals is just 0.8 kilometeaway, and the Samskar - The Life School is also at the same short distance. This makes daily commutes for my children much simpler. The building offereliable 24x7 water supply and has a functional lift. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. One thing I've noticed is that the lane leading to the building can get a bit dusty during dry spells due to ongoing construction work in nearby plots. However, this is a minor inconvenience for us.
