The project is located in Bangalore East, Varthur, and connectivity to Karnataka State Highway 35 is decent. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the CCTV surveillance. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas; it settles on the balcony quite frequently. The maintenance charges are also something to keep an eye on, but so far, it seems reasonable.
