    We were looking for a place close to good schools and Anupam Residency is perfect. DAV Public School is literally nearby, so the kids can walk. The children's play area is also a nice addition for them. We booked a flat here last month as it is ready to move. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us. Security is also 24x7 which gives peace of mind. The location in Chandrasekharpur is quite convenient for our needs. We haven't faced any major issues so far, though the parking can get a little crowded during evenings when everyone returns.
