It’s currently under construction, with an expected completion date of March 2029. The price was within my expected range, around 71.75 Lakhs. The area has decent connectivity; EM Bypass is nearby. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and lift are standard but necessary. The main issue I foresee is traffic congestion during peak houin the Mission Row Extension area. Otherwise, it looks like a sound purchase.

The metro station, Jyotirindra Nandi, is quite close at nearby, which is great for commuting. The only downside is the address itself – 7a, Bentinck St, Mission Row Extension can get very busy. Dust from ongoing construction is also a bit of a nuisance right now.
