The location in Manapakkam is quite convenient, especially with Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School just a 3-minute drive away. This was a big factor for us. The project by ANUPAM FOUNDATIONS TIONS IONS ONS NS S offe2 and 3 BHK flats, which is a good range. We decided on a 3 BHK for more space. The proximity to CIPACA Healthcare Services Private Limited is also a plus. The only downside so far is the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to the project; it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the decision to buy here seems solid for now.
