We bought a 2 BHK here at Anupam Garden in Agra a few months ago. Being retired, we wanted something peaceful and with good amenities. The children's play area is nice for visiting grandkids and the landscaping looks well-maintained. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us. The 700 sq.ft built-up area is comfortable for us. My only slight worry is the traffic on Shamshabad Road during peak houThe Anupam Housing Group seems to have provided decent facilities overall. We are happy with the community buildings for small gatherings.

Finally moving out of our rental! We chose Anupam Garden because it's so close to St. Marys Convent School, literally nearby. That’s a huge relief for us as teacheWe got a 2 BHK which is 700 sq.ft built up. The price was around 30 Lakhs which was within our budget for an upgrade. We liked the idea of the rain water harvesting and water conservation systems too. The cycling and jogging track is a great addition for our morning walks. The only downside is the construction looks a bit dated since it was completed in 2011, but it is ready to move. We are hoping the power backup is reliable.

It is ready to move, which is good for quick rental yield. Anupam Housing Group has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are important. The location on Shamshabad Road is decent, though not the most prime. Solid waste management is also a plus. I am slightly concerned about the lack of readily available OC, but the original completion year of 2011 suggests it should be fine. The badminton court is a nice touch.
