The size is good, around 1700 square feet, which offeplenty of room. I appreciate the inclusion of amenities like solid waste management and water conservation systems. The proximity to PARAS HEC HOSPITAL is also a significant advantage for someone of my age. While the project is still under construction and due for completion in March 2028, the developer, Anu Homes, seems reliable. The internal roads and footpaths are a nice touch for walking around the complex. It feels like a peaceful place to settle down.
