It is ready to move in, which was important for us so the kids wouldn't have to change schools mid-year. The location is a major plus, being so close to Velammal New Gen School. Kauvery Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The Antony Projects Pvt Ltd development has basic amenities like a gymnasium and some landscaping. The price range was acceptable for us. My only reservation is that the construction looks a bit dated since it was completed in 2012, and the OC status isn't available, which makes me slightly nervous.
