We moved into our 3 BHK at Anthem French Apartments because of its location. SKS World School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. The apartment is 1764 Sq.ft built-up area, offering plenty of space. My husband liked the skating rink and the fountains. The project by Anthem Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Has good security features like fire sprinkleand 24X7 water supply. One downside is the parking can feel a bit congested during evenings when most residents are back. Also, the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby. Still, we are happy with the overall living experience and the facilities provided.

Anthem Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Has delivered a project with good potential. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC, which makes resale slightly more complicated. I felt the price point, starting from 71.15 L, was competitive for the Noida Extension area. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for me. I liked the cycling and jogging track and the indoor games facility. My parents were a bit concerned about the construction quality since it was completed in 2010, but it looks solid enough. It is situated at GH-07B, Sector 16B Noida Extension, Greater Noida. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.

We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Anthem French Apartments last month after living in rentals for yeaIt's quite spacious, we got a 1090 Sq.ft unit which feels much better than our old place. The location in Noida Extension, Sector 16B is decent, though traffic can be heavy during peak houwhen heading towards Sector 59 Metro Station, which is nearby. The Eiffel Tower sculpture at the entrance is a nice touch. The developer, Anthem Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., seems to have kept their promises regarding amenities. We haven't had issues with the 24X7 water supply so far. Overall, it's a good upgrade for us, though the price range of 71.15 L to 1.49 Cr is quite high.
