The price was 32.18 Lakhs, which was very reasonable and within my budget as a government employee. The location in Wagholi is developing, and it's close to Awhalwadi Road. Anshul Group is the developer. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2027. They offer amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. I also noted they have provisions for garbage disposal and rainwater harvesting, which is good for the environment. The main concern for me is that OC received status is not available yet.
