We looked at the 3 BHK which is about 1400-1540 sq.ft. The price point of 1.08 Cr to 2.12 Cr is a bit stretched for us, but we are considering it. The project is ready to move, which is a huge plus as we don't want to wait. The amenities like the swimming pool and jogging track are great for our lifestyle. We also liked the concept of a gated community. The only slight issue is that Iffco Chowk Metro is nearby, which is a bit of a commute.
