As a business owner, I needed a property that was ready to move and offered good value. Ansal Town Phase II provided just that. I opted for a 3 BHK Independent Floor, around 1400 square feet. The location in Shalimar, Ranjeet Nagar is convenient, being close to the bypass and also close to Alwar Railway Station. The availability of closed car parking is a definite advantage. One thing that could be improved is the approach road; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction nearby.
