I was looking for a spacious place in Gurgaon and Ansal The Fernhill Villa seemed like a good option. The 5050 square feet built-up area for the 5.5 BHK villa is massive, definitely more than enough space for me. I really liked the idea of the mini theatre and the olympic size swimming pool, which is quite rare. The location in Sector 91 is getting better with proximity to Dwarka Expressway and IMT Manesar. However, the price point starting at 2.53 crore is quite steep, and I am a bit concerned about the commute to my office in Cyber City, which might be longer than ideal. Power backup is a big plus though, considering Gurgaon's electricity issues.

We chose Ansal The Fernhill Villa because of its location and the space it offefor our growing family. The villa is 5050 square feet, which is huge, and the 5.5 BHK layout provides privacy for everyone. Having Delhi Public School, Sector 84 nearby (less than 2 km) was a major factor for us. The children's play area and the skating rink are great for the kids. The swimming pool is also a nice addition for weekend relaxation. My main concern is the current construction dust and noise in the vicinity due to ongoing developments nearby, which can be a bit botheome. The price starting at 2.53 crore was on the higher side but justifiable for the size and amenities.
