I bought a 1 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 712 square feet. It is perfectly sized for me and was priced at about 35.6 Lakhs. The project offegood amenities like a children's play area and a community building, which is nice for when friends visit. The 24x7 security and intercom system give me peace of mind. The only drawback is the distance to the metro station, Shaheed Sthal is nearby, so commuting by public transport requires an auto or cab. However, having Manipal Hospital and Silverline Prestige School very close by is a huge advantage.
