The location in Sector 115 is developing well, and the rental demand is steady. Being ready to move is a significant advantage for potential tenants. The Wi-Fi and video door security are good features. The main concern for me is the lack of readily available price information for similar units now, making it hard to gauge current market value accurately. However, the property itself is well-maintained.

Finally moved into our new 3 BHK at Ansal Palm Grove! We were renting in Sector 115 and wanted something permanent. This apartment is 1525 square feet, much bigger than our previous place. Ansal API I completed this project in 2008, and it feels pretty solid. The nearby Radiance Hospital is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The landscaping is nice, and there’s a swimming pool we plan to use often. My only small issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, but it's manageable. We are happy with the upgrade.
