I am considering a 5 BHK villa, around 3500 Sq.ft built up, priced at approximately 2.2 Crore. The central cooling system is an interesting feature for Gurgaon's climate. However, the access road to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be inconvenient during peak houwith heavy traffic. The swimming pool amenity is a good addition.
