This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Ansal Happy Homes. I bought a 3 BHK flat, around 1000 sq.ft built up area. The price range of 37.5 Lakh to 70.0 Lakh was manageable for me as a fit-time buyer. It's ready to move, which was a major factor since I needed to relocate quickly. The location in Sector-42, Golf Coue Road is developing well. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. Parking space seems adequate for now. I haven't faced any major issues so far, and the builder, Ansal API I, seems to have completed the project on time.

Being ready to move was fantastic, so we shifted in right after booking. The layout is practical for us, and we love the landscaped gardens. The cricket pitch is something we didn't expect but enjoy watching sometimes. The area is decent, though accessing NH8 directly takes nearby. The only drawback is the somewhat limited visitor parking, which can be a problem when friends come over.
