After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle in Jammu. Ansal Grace in Sunjwan seemed suitable. The project is ready to move, which was convenient. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, which was around 1021 Sq.ft, a comfortable size for me. The price of approximately 70.01 Lakh was reasonable. I appreciate the nearby hospital, Pulse Hospital and Research Center, being nearby. The peaceful surroundings and the landscaping within the complex are very calming. The only minor issue is that sometimes during peak hou, the traffic near the Sunjwan main road can be a bit slow.
