I bought a residential plot here primarily for its proximity to JP International School, which is right at nearby. My children can easily walk to school. We selected a 1345 Sq.ft plot in Ansal Golf Link I. It’s a ready to move in project, and the completion date was back in 1994. Ansal Housing seems to have provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and street lighting, which are essential. The parking is open, which is fine for us. The main road connectivity via Sector Omega 1 Road is decent. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby expressway during peak hou, which can be a bit botheome at times.

We also noticed the fire sprinkleare in place. The biggest issue we foresee is the traffic congestion on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak hou; it might make reaching the hospital quickly difficult sometimes.

We purchased a plot in Ansal Golf Link I back in 2005. The area has developed significantly since then. It is a ready to move in project from 1994, which is quite old, but the plots themselves are spacious. We got a 1614 Sq.ft plot and have been planning to build our retirement home there. The location in Greater Noida is quite serene, away from the city hustle. Ansal Housing has been around for a long time. The community buildings are a nice touch for gatherings. My only concern is the road access, it can be a bit dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful place to build a home.
