I bought a residential plot here mainly because it is ready to move. I got a plot of 1345 Sq.ft, which is a good size for me. The price was around 13.45 Lakh, which was manageable within my budget. Ansal Florence Town has a club house and a theme park, which sounds nice for future weekends. The developer is Ansal Buildwell Limited. The location is a bit far from my office in the main city, close to Mansarovar Metro Station, so commuting daily might be a challenge. Also, the dust on the main Diggi Malpura Road can be quite bad sometimes, especially during peak houHowever, the proximity to BANSAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAIPUR, which is nearby, is a huge advantage in case I plan for a family in the future.
