Being retired, I appreciate the 24x7 security and the well-maintained landscaping around the complex. The proximity to Golf Coue Extension Road is also convenient for getting around Gurgaon. The construction quality appeasolid, and the amenities like the gymnasium are a nice bonus. The price was reasonable for the area, within the 1.5 to 1.7 Cr range. It feels like a peaceful place to live now.
