It's located in Sector 57, Golf Coue Extension Road, Gurgaon, which is a developing area with potential. The price point, around 2 Crore for our unit, was within our budget. One thing to note is that during peak hou, traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road can get quite heavy, which is something to consider for daily commutes.
