I picked a 2 BHK apartment, which has a carpet area of about 680 Sq.ft. The budget for this was around 23 Lakhs. The developer, Ansal Housing, seems to have a good reputation. I liked that they included a fire fighting system and sprinklefor safety, which was important to me. The car parking facility is also available. The nearest school, Colonel's Brightland Public School, is a short distance, which is great. I am still learning about property, but this felt like a good start.

I checked out the gymnasium and the swimming pool facilities during my visit. The project has a swimming pool and a kids' play area, which the children are very excited about. Water storage and 24x7 water supply are also crucial for us. The only slight drawback is that the carpet area for some of the 3 BHK units feels a bit smaller than anticipated, but it’s manageable.
