    We bought a 4 BHK builder floor in Ansal Api Esencia because of its proximity to Shiksha Bharti School, which is only 1 kilometer away. My children can walk to school, which is a huge relief. The flat itself is spacious, measuring 2259 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The developer, Ansal API I, included a lot of features like solar lighting and a garbage disposal system. The 24x7 water supply and security are also good. The only drawback is that the roads around Sector 67 can get congested during peak hou, especially heading towards Golf Coue Extension Road. However, the overall community living and facilities outweigh this.
