We really liked the landscaping they have planned. The developer, Anokha Estates, seems to be on track with their timelines for completion in February 2025. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon after we move in. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.
