Relocating to Pune for work at Sahyadri Hospital meant finding a place close by. Anmol by Builtwell Constructions is only a 7-minute drive from the hospital, which is fantastic. I've purchased a 2 BHK, approximately 750 Sq.ft, for 1.30 Crore. The Gultekdi location offegood connectivity via Pune - Bangalore Highway and Iravati Karve Marg. The project is still under construction, scheduled for completion in June 2027. My main concern is the traffic on Jawaharlal Nehru Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the amenities like the yoga area and lift access are adequate.
