We finally bought our own 2 BHK flat at Anjan Blossom. It was a big decision, but we needed more space than our rental offered. The size of our flat is 1200 Sq.ft, and the price was about 51 Lakh. The location in Bangalore West is reasonably close to work, and importantly, it's very near to Kengeri Metro Station, which is great for commuting. We love the swimming pool and the gymnasium, which we plan to use often. The landscape garden adds a nice touch to the environment. Anjan Citicon Pvt Ltd seems to have provided good amenities.

The overall construction quality feels robust. The only slight drawback is the traffic noise on the main road.

The price point was within our budget, around 53.34 Lakh. What really sold us was the proximity to Kengeri Metro Station, nearby, making our commute easy. We also liked the children's play area and the landscape garden. The place feels quite well ventilated and Vastu compliant, which was important for us. Construction looks solid. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

The location in Green Woods Layout is decent. My only concern is the lack of readily available OC, which raises a slight question mark. However, the amenities like the club house and power backup are good. The overall built quality appeato be satisfactory for the price paid.
