The price was around 25.34 Lakhs, which was very attractive. It's ready to move, so I could shift immediately after finalizing. The location in Pallikaranai is decent, and it's good that there's 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The main issue is the connectivity to the main road; you have to navigate some narrower streets to get there, which can be a bit inconvenient sometimes, especially at night. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for downtime.
