It's ready to move, and the completion was in September 2021, so it's a tested property. The price of 12.26 Lakh onwards was very competitive, especially for a plot in this region of Nagpur. The provision for internal roads and footpaths, along with landscaping, makes it a pleasant place to consider building. Being near the Outer Ring Road is also convenient for travel. While OC is not available, the project seems well-established. My only slight concern is the distance to the new airport metro station, which is nearby, making public transport connectivity a bit further out.
