We bought a 2 BHK apartment here, with a carpet area of 652 Sq.ft. It's spacious enough for our family. Anil Gopal Enclave being ready to move was a major factor for us. The completion date was December 2020. It's good that the developer, Anil Vandeo Patil, included storm water drains. The location in Wadi is decent, and the Wadi Bus Stop is close by, which is helpful. However, the distance to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ambajhari Nagpur is quite significant, nearby, which is a bit of a drawback for us. We're hoping the kids will adjust to the travel. The parking is closed, which is good.

The project was completed by December 2020. The developer, Anil Vandeo Patil, has ensured basic amenities are in place, like closed car parking. Its location is convenient, with NH6 and SH46 nearby, making my commute much smoother. New Hadole Hospital is also just nearby, which provides peace of mind. The only minor issue is the noise from the nearby main roads sometimes filtein, but it's not too bad.
