The 3 BHK apartment we looked at was quite large, around 1944 Sq.yd, providing enough space for my two children. The metro station at Motera Stadium is also very close, nearby, which is great for commuting. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup. However, the traffic on ONGC Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for us. The developer, Anikedhya Business Ventures LLP P, has finished the project by May 2024.
