I purchased a 4 BHK apartment, super built-up area of 2282 square feet. The amenities like the swimming pool and the community hall will be great for them. The 24/7 security is also a priority, ensuring they are safe. The location on Sevoke Road is convenient for them to access daily necessities, and it's close to Narayana School, which is good to know. The price was around 1.15 Crore, which was within the budget I set aside. The intercom system will be useful for them to communicate with security.

My wife and I decided to upgrade from our rental place. We looked at Anantam and liked the 4 BHK configuration, which is 2207 square feet. It gives us much more living space. The price for this unit was about 1.05 Crore. The proximity to P C Memorial Bus Station, a short distance, is convenient for my wife's commute. We also appreciated the gated community aspect and the 24/7 security. The children's play area is a bonus, even though we don't have kids yet. One minor issue is the parking space; it seems a bit limited if you have guests over frequently. Otherwise, the developer, Mohan Kumar Agarwal, seems to have delivered a good product. The swimming pool is a nice luxury for us.

It’s good to have power backup, as occasional power cuts can be botheome. The community hall is adequate for small get-togetheHowever, the price for the larger configurations like 5 BHK, going up to 1.24 Crore, felt a bit high for my retirement income, even though it's a ready-to-move property. The location on Sevoke Road is generally accessible, but I sometimes find the noise from the main road a bit distracting. Overall, it's a decent place.
