It being ready to move in April 2024 was perfect timing. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is developing nicely. We looked at the Anant Raj Estate's past projects. The price of 2.33 Crore onwards is a stretch for us, but we feel it’s worth it for the space and amenities like piped gas and power backup. The proximity to Delhi Metro is also a plus for commuting.
