My partner and I just moved into Anant Luxury Flooand are quite happy. We picked a 2400 sq.ft 4 BHK which has plenty of space for our home office setup. Location in Sector 63, Gurgaon is convenient, close enough to NH 66 for our commutes, nearby. Unicosmos School is also nearby at nearby, which is good for future planning. The club house facilities are decent for unwinding after work. We paid around 2.7 Cr for our unit. The power backup is a lifesaver during Gurgaon's monsoon storms. The only small issue we noticed is some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but it's manageable. Overall, a good move for us.
