The key factofor me were the ready-to-move-in status and the amenities like lifts and security guards, which are essential for senior citizens. The price of 26.4 Lakh onwards was reasonable. The location in Kapra is decent, and it's good that it is earthquake resistant. My parents appreciate the quietness of the residential area. Power backup is also a plus for them. I believe it’s a safe and comfortable place for them.
